April 16, 2016 Museum Meet and Auction

Checking out the swap meet and auction items



The event was covered by the local Fox 11 station and the newspaper


As usual, the tables were stocked with lots of good "Welcome to West Virginia" food for the donation lunch



Collectible and novelty transistor radios dominated the auction with the "ladybug" topping the bidding at $22











A Realistic DX-150 was the high bid of the day at $35

Followed closely by a Zenith transistor radio with carrying case at $34

This portable record player was a bargain $5.

This unusual Zenith portable sold for $28

This Califone amplifier & record player with push-pull 6L6 tubes brought $26

Packing the pickup for the trip home.
